The Illinois CPA Society estimates that the nondeductible portion of your dues, the portion which is allocable to lobbying, is 5.0%. $5 of dues contributes a contribution to the CPAs for Political Action and is included in the nondeductible portion of your dues. If you do not wish to make this contribution, you may deduct $5 from your dues amount. This DOES NOT pertain to Student Affiliate dues.
