Starting on Jan. 1, 2024, the CPA exam will adopt a new testing model consisting of three core tests and one discipline test. Candidates will continue to take AUD, FAR, and REG, but instead of BEC, they will choose one of the three discipline exams: Information Systems and Controls, Business Analysis and Reporting, or Tax Compliance and Planning.
