Terry Whitlock, MBA, CPA

Terry is the Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer for Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. the nation’s largest supplier of burial vaults and cremation products to the funeral service industry.
Terry began his career with a small mergers and acquisitions company and subsequently worked in the financial accounting department at GTE Directories until 1985 when he joined Wilbert, Inc. Terry has progressed through the Company from assistant controller to his current position.
Terry received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Illinois State University in 1982, and earned his masters degree from Benedictine University in 1990.
He serves as a board member and treasurer of the Wilbert Foundation, a non-profit organization providing grants and resources to help children cope with the trauma of grief and death. In the past he was a member of the Oak Brook Jaycees where he served various positions including Treasurer.

James J. Whitlock, III, President and Chief Operating and Executive Officer, heads the firm of Whitlock and Associates, P.C., which he founded in June 1993. Whitlock and Associates is a group of five professionals specializing in providing accounting, auditing, tax and management advisory services for closely held businesses and their shareholders. Mr. Whitlock has over thirty years of diversified accounting, auditing, tax and management consulting experience with four local public accounting firms.
Mr. Whitlock received a Bachelor of Business degree in accounting, marketing and business administration from Western Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Benedictine University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois CPA Society since 1978 and has served on a number of the Illinois CPA Society’s professional committees including Not-For-Profit, Auditing Procedures, Accounting and Review Services, and Construction Contractors Committees.
Currently, Mr. Whitlock is a member of the Rotary Club of Central Dupage AM and is a Past President. For the last thirteen years, Mr. Whitlock has served as an independent director on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Professional Golfers Association. Additionally, Mr. Whitlock is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Spectrios Institute for Low Vision, formerly known as The Deicke Eye Center.
Mr. Whitlock has served as Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the B.R. Ryall YMCA (six years), Past President and member of the Board of Directors of The Dupage Easter Seal Center (nine years), Illinois Easter Seal Society (nine years), Past President and member of the Board of Directors of the Oak Brook Jaycees, Crowd control organizer for the Western Open Golf Tournament (17 years) and various other organizations and activities both professional and civic.
