The Illinois Department of Revenue this morning posted Publication 129  (Pass-through Entity Information) explaining obligations involved with distributions from pass-through entities.  IDOR provides guidance inter alia on the application  PA 102-0658 particularly on the Pass-Through entity tax as an elective tax.
