Meetings and Events
In order to attend an indoor ICPAS meeting/event in person, an individual must be fully vaccinated by the date of the meeting/event. "Fully vaccinated" means two weeks have
passed since the individual received the second dose of a 2-dose vaccine or the first dose of a single dose vaccine.
Attendees must complete and submit the online vaccination confirmation form at prior to the date of the meeting/event.
Exception #1: Meetings or Events when there is NOT a virtual option for attendees.
If an indoor meeting/event does NOT provide a virtual attendance
option, in order to participate in person an individual must be either:
- Fully vaccinated by the date of the meeting/event OR
- Have a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours prior to the meeting
Attendees will be notified when this policy exception is in effect for a specific meeting/event and provided with the necessary confirmation form in advance.
Note: Any other exceptions from this policy must be approved in advance
by the CEO.
Visitors to ICPAS offices
Individuals who are expected to spend a minimal amount of time in the ICPAS offices (delivery staff, shredding company staff, etc.) are not required to be vaccinated or
confirm their vaccination status.
All other visitors to the ICPAS offices must be either:
- Fully vaccinated by the date of their visit OR
- Have a negative COVID-19 test result within 48
hours prior to their visit.
Visitors will be provided with the necessary confirmation form in advance of their visit.
