Overview
Join us for our next quarterly women's connection event, a self-defense
workshop led by national champion and 3-time US Karate Team member, Sensei Jeff
Ladin. Take control of your personal security and learn techniques to gain
awareness and self-confidence as well as acquire new physical and emotional
tools to protect yourself. Come as you are – no special clothing or equipment
necessary. Unwind with light refreshments and network with fellow attendees
after the presentation.
