Jon Vegosen shares what does and does not constitute sexual and other harassment
along with what to do should harassment occur. He discusses employer

reviews the relevant laws, avenues for obtaining relief (both internally and
externally), and remedies. Jon also discusses whistleblower protections
for employees who resist or report harassment. This course meets the
requirements for licensed CPAs to complete sexual harassment prevention training
to renew their licenses and covers required topics for annual sexual harassment
training under the Illinois Human Rights Act.
This course fulfills the 1 CPE sexual
harassment training credit requirement for Illinois licensed CPA’s (and other
licensed professionals) for their 2021 license renewal. It also fulfills credit
towards the Illinois Human Right Act.
