The OMB Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) have been in effect for almost two years. The requirements, which became effective for awards issued after December 26, 2014, consolidate eight separate OMB Circulars into a single new document.
