Jill E. Gilbert
is a partner with Trout, Ebersole & Groff, LLP. As a partner, she is chair
of the firm's Governmental Practice Group and serves on the Employee Benefits
Practice Group. She also serves on the firm's Business Development Committee,
Audit Efficiency Committee, and Quality Control Committee. Her practice areas
include employee benefit plans, governmental agencies, and tax-exempt
organizations. She has spoken at various conferences and workshops on both the
state and local levels. Gilbert graduated from Elizabethtown College in 1995
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations
in Accounting and Finance, and a math minor. She is a member of the Pennsylvania
Institute of Certified Public Accountants where she serves on the Local
Government Committee and Employee Benefits Plan Committee. She is also a member
of the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials where she serves on
the Accounting Committee.
