The Fraud-Fighting Tools of
Treasury Management

In today's marketplace, it is sadly more of a case of
when fraud will affect a corporation, rather than if. As with any period
of uncertainty or significant stress, the occurrence of fraud is the worst time
to be questioning who or what is in place to help weather the storm.
Instead, the organization should know that they can rely upon the people and
tools they have in place long before fraud strikes.
This session will highlight ways to help an
organization's trusted advisors fight fraud. It will also discuss
the basic internal controls that should be in place to prevent fraud.
Fraud will happen to us all, but it doesn't have to be disruptive to business if
the right partners and processes are in place.

Saranteas, CTP has over 20 years in sales and management experience in the
treasury management industry. At Wintrust, Kristen leads the Treasury
Management Sales, Support and Solutions teams, bringing solid expertise and
unique skills well-suited for a sales and service discipline. Prior to
joining Wintrust, Kristen was SVP & Regional Head of Cash Management at
RBS. Kristen holds both a B.A. in International Studies and a B.A. in
Spanish from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is a frequent speaker
in Chicago and at industry conferences across the country.
