The Women to Watch Awards recognize emerging or experienced leaders committed to making significant contributions to the accounting profession, their organizations, and to the development of women as leaders. 

Categories:

  1. Experienced
  2. Emerging

Eligibility:

  1. Nominees are currently employed in the accounting and finance profession
  2. Nominees with a CPA are desired, but not required
  3. Nominees must be a member of the Illinois CPA Society
  4. Nominees for the Experienced Award have have typically at least ten years of work experience 
  5. Nominees for the Emerging Award have typically at least four years of work experience
  6. Nominees must have not already received this award in each category
