Use your expertise and leadership skills to help govern and guide the work of your Illinois CPA Society.

Why serve on a Committee or Task Force?
The Illinois CPA Society is the 4th largest CPA organization in the nation representing over 23,000 members. Volunteering on an ICPAS Committee or Task Force is a great opportunity to share your expertise, broaden your knowledge, enhance your credibility, and build professional connections for a lifetime - all while actively contributing to the CPA profession and your professional society.

Committees and Task Forces run the gamut from technical committees on topics such as tax, audit & assurance, and ethics, to specialized areas of practice like not-for-profits, and Society programs, including Scholarships, Conference Planning, Women's Initiatives, and Young Professionals.

 * Indicates Senior Committee. Senior Committees may express opinions on exposure drafts of proposed accounting, auditing, ethics, and tax standards or regulations directly to the issuing body without approval from the Board of Directors.
