Creating Healthy Boundaries Without Feeling Guilty
Oct 21 |
 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. | Virtual | Free for Members | 1 CPE Credit

Join the Women's Committee for a discussion on establishing heathy boundaries. We'll explore how healthy boundaries can protect time, energy, focus, and well-being while still allowing us to show up with care and professionalism. Through guided reflection and peer discussion, we’ll identify common situations where guilt shows up, reframe boundaries as a form of clarity and respect, and practice simple language for communicating limits with confidence and compassion.
