The Illinois CPA Society's CPAs for the Public Interest and the Center for Economic Progress are recruiting volunteer Tax Preparation Volunteers for the 2018 Tax Season. This project offers free preparation of federal and state tax returns to low-income individuals and families in Illinois.

Community sites are open from January through April 2019.

This volunteer program is organized by CPAs for the Public Interest, the community service arm of the Illinois CPA Society, which links financial management professionals with not-for-profit organizations and community service projects in Illinois.
