Ryan
A. Walsh, a partner at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres LLC in Chicago,
advises individuals and families, including business owners, and financial
institutions on a range of estate planning, trust, and tax matters. He also has
significant experience with trust and estate administration, preparation of
estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns, contested estate and trust

Ryan

Super Lawyer each year since 2016. Ryan received his B.S. from the University of
Notre Dame and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School

Ryan
James Boyle is a Senior Vice President and Chief U.S. Economist within the
Global Risk Management division of Northern Trust. In this role, Ryan is
responsible for briefing clients and partners on the economy and business
conditions, supporting internal stress testing and capital allocation processes,
and publishing economic commentaries. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Ryan held
multiple management roles at TransUnion. He researched and reported on trends
and key topics in the consumer credit industry, and he led initiatives to
improve the breadth, depth, and quality of data reported on consumer files.
Before
TransUnion, Ryan worked as an economic consultant at Navigant Consulting,
supporting expert testimony in competition and securities litigation. He started
his career as a business analyst at ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank. Ryan holds an MBA
from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree
in computer science, with highest honors, from DePaul University. In addition,
Ryan completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison.

Daniel

Daniel
spent the first 20 years of his career working in the financial services/asset
management industry. During this time, his passion for the investment markets
combined with a unique ability to personally connect & build business
relationships was consistently recognized and rewarded. After spending the first
6 years working from company headquarters in Boston MA, Daniel was promoted to
an external sales role with Evergreen Investments in 2007 and relocated his
family to Houston, TX. Following the financial crisis of 2008, Evergreen was
sold to Wells Fargo where Daniel retained his position at the new company and
continued to excel in his role. In 2008, Daniel would also meet his current
business partner (Elaine Simmons) for the very first time. That introduction
sparked the beginning of a close friendship, meaningful partnership, and intense
mentorship that has continued for the past 16 years.
In
June 2021, Daniel submitted his resignation and joined Elaine Simmons as a full
partner at Social Security Informed. As joint partners, Elaine and Daniel share

Jonathan’s
practice focuses on estate and gift tax issues, with an emphasis on wealth and
business succession planning for executives, closely held business owners and
entrepreneurs. Jonathan has extensive experience with estate and trust
administration matters, including advising clients in properly carrying out
their fiduciary duties, contested estates, actions to construe and/or reform
estate planning documents containing improper or ambiguous terminology or
