Experienced Leader Catergory

All Experienced Leader Award applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the AICPA.
• Have at least 15 years of experience in the accounting and finance profession.
• Be currently employed in an accounting and finance leadership role.
• Not have previously won the award in this category.

Emerging Leader Category

All Emerging Leader Award applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the AICPA.
• Have less than 15 years of experience in the accounting and finance profession.
• Be currently employed in an accounting and finance role.
• Not have previously won the award in this category.
