Floyd Perkins,
CPA, is a partner with over 27 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He has
successfully litigated hundreds of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, health care
recoupment, probate and commercial cases. Floyd has practiced in state and
federal court, including the Illinois Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme
Court.
Floyd regularly
advises and litigates complex commercial matters and health care compliance and
recoupment actions, as well as serve in corporate investigations and in white
collar crime matters. Before entering private practice, Floyd served as a
litigation chief for the Illinois Attorney General for 14 years where he advised
four Attorneys General on legal matters and headed up a team of lawyers and
accountants in numerous lawsuits and investigations and participated in numerous
mediations and settlements.
Over 35 years of
experience as a trial lawyer, former Assistant United States Attorney for 25
years, white collar crime supervisor. Dean specializes in trial work in
both criminal and commercial matters, including litigating fraud, breach of
fiduciary duty, criminal trials and commercial claims, in
both state and federal courts.
