Presenters:  Floyd D. Perkins, CPA, JD, Partner Nixon Peabody LLP, Chicago.  Over 35 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He has successfully litigated hundreds of fraud, breach of fiduciary, healthcare recoupment, probate, and commercial cases.  Former Chief Charitable Trust Bureau Illinois Attorney General.  Floyd has practiced in state and federal court, including the Illinois Supreme Court and U.S. Supreme Court.

 

Dean Polales, JD, Partner, Polales Horton Leonardi LLP, Chicago.  Over 35 years of experience as a trial lawyer, former Assistant United States Attorney for 25 years,  white collar crime supervisor. Dean specializes in trial work in both criminal and commercial matters, including litigating fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, criminal trials and commercial claims, in both state and federal courts.
