Krishna
is a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) and graduated from Rajasthan
University, India. He has 13 years of experience in financial due
diligence, auditing and financial reporting. Prior to joining Windy Street,
Krishna has experience working with the audit and transaction advisory teams of
Big-4 firms. He also has exposure of working in the industry with companies like
Samsung. He is experienced in analyzing financial statements, performing quality
of earnings analysis, evaluating working capital requirements,
etc.
