This is the seventh consecutive year Shapiro has been recognized on the national list of “thought leaders, change-makers, regulators and other leaders who are shaping the profession, and the issues that they face as they chart the future of accounting.”

In recognizing Shapiro, Accounting Today states: “Whether it’s by partnering with diverse groups to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the first Black CPA, or producing an incisive report identifying the serious blockages in the pipeline of new CPA candidates, Shapiro has a keen eye for the issues that matter most to the profession, and a passion for engaging with them.”

I couldn’t be prouder of our position as a national thought leader, which is validated by this recognition.”
