Illinois CPA Society Manager Wins 2020 Forty Under 40 Award

Paige McLeod_0026-X3CHICAGO, Oct. 2, 2020 – The Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) is excited to announce that its very own Paige McLeod has been honored with Association Forum’s Forty Under 40 Award and will be formally recognized during Association Forum’s virtual awards ceremony on Dec. 15, 2020.

Association Forum’s Forty Under 40 program is a prestigious competition that recognizes 40 accomplished association or non-profit professionals who are under the age of 40 that demonstrate high potential for continued success in leadership roles and exhibit a strong passion for, and commitment to, the association management and nonprofit industries.

“In the three years she has served as the Illinois CPA Society’s manager of Volunteer Engagement and Governance, Paige’s strong understanding of the power of associations has made a substantial impact on our team and the people we serve. She has continually taken on greater responsibilities in managing all aspects of supporting our Board of Directors, inspiring and developing our growing number of volunteers, and enhancing the online community and career center our members count on,” says Kari L. Natale, CAE, ICPAS’ senior director of Planning & Governance and senior director of the CPA Endowment Fund of Illinois. “As her supervisor, I am extremely proud to have her on our team.”

McLeod, 32, currently a Chicago resident, is an alumna of DePaul University (Master’s in Public Service Management, 2019), Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville (Bachelor’s in Sociology, Dean’s List, 2013), and Southwestern Illinois College (Associate’s in Applied Science, 2010). She is a member of Association Forum and the American Society of Association Executives.
